Crossville MMA took members to Knoxville on February 25th, 2023 to compete at the Grappling Industries event being held at the Knoxville Convention Center and brought home almost a dozen medals.

Checkmat BJJ Black Belt Kris Bowers visited Crossville MMA last week and hosted a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar. 

Kris showed a really cool series of Lasso positions, sweeps, and submissions.

Crossville MMA has promoted its FIRST Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt as Crossville MMA founder and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu head coach DJ Mackie was promoted on Thursday, January 26th, 2023 to the rank of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt by Professor Julio 'Sandy' Rodriguez.
