Professor Julio 'Sandy' Rodriguez visits Crossville MMA

Our Professor and the head of the One Love Jiu-Jitsu affiliaton, Julio 'Sandy' Salazar Rodriguez visited Crossville MMA this past week and hosted NoGi workshops for both our adults and our kids!

This has been the first time we have been able to be on the mats with Professor Julio since closer to the beginning of the year and it was great to be able to train with and get technique time in again with our Professor!

Professor Julio is a 2nd Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and the head of the One Love Jiu-Jitsu association.

One Love HQ will be opening up in the Soddy Daisy area near the beginning of the year, so keep an eye out for that and alot more mat time with our Professor!
