BJJ Black Belt/UFC veteran Chatt Lavender hosts seminar at Crossville MMA

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and UFC veteran Chatt Lavender visited Crossville MMA this past week and hosted a NoGi/MMA seminar for the academy.

Professor Chatt is a long time MMA veteran who has fought in the UFC and has been in the cage with multiple UFC legends, most notably UFC Hall of Famer Matt Huges and long time tenured UFC veteran Chris “Lights Out” Lytle. Chatt received his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt in 2003 and is the head coach of Monkeytown MMA in Dayton, TN.

Last Thursday we were lucky enough to have Chatt in for a NoGi and MMA seminar here at Crossville MMA and he was able to show us some techniques and skills that he has obtained over his many years in combat sports that we can add to our own game.

Professor Chatt is someone that we will start bringing into Crossville MMA on a regular basis for seminars and workshops, so please keep an eye on our schedule for when he will be back in next.
